We’ve raised the bar for functional training with four unique programs that all deliver an amazing workout experience — CrossFit, Barbell Club, Personal Training, and nutrition. Barbell Club

(included with Unlimited crossfit membership)

Our barbell club is a program designed for our members to enhance their Powerlifting and Weightlifting abilities. With tailored Powerlifting programing by Greg Panora and Weightlifting programing by Ben Saywer you will see gains that were never imagined possible. Personal Training

Nutrition Program

$300/12 weeks 

CrossFit Casco Bay’s nutrition program is a macro based nutrition program (counting Protein, Carb, and Fat intake).  Our goal is to promote healthy eating habits through both quality foods and proper portions.    

CrossFit

$155/Month (couples, mil/first responders, student rates apply)

$160 10 Class Punch Pass (Valid for 4 months)

Our 60 minute CrossFit class. CrossFit is high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements - everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it! 

Personal Training

Hourly Rates Starting at $50
