We’ve raised the bar for functional training with three unique programs that all deliver an amazing workout — CrossFit, Weightlifting, and Powerlifting. Tie these three programs in with some knowledgeable nutrition coaching and you will find your way on the path to being fit in no time.

Olympic Weightlifting

$65/month (included with crossfit membership)

Our 60 minute weightlifting class provides athletes a more in depth look at the clean and jerk and the snatch. Our national level coaching expertise will help these complicated lifts become muscle memory in no time.

Nutrition Program

$300/12 weeks 

CrossFit Casco Bay’s nutrition program is a macro based nutrition program (counting Protein, Carb, and Fat intake).  Our goal is to promote healthy eating habits through both quality foods and proper portions.    

CrossFit

$155/Month (couples, mil/first responders, student rates apply)

$160 10 Class Punch Pass (Valid for 4 months)

Our 60 minute CrossFit class. CrossFit is high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements - everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it! 

Powerlifting

$110/month

This 60 minute class focuses on building strength through deadlifting, squatting, and benching.  Join powerlifting legend Greg Panora on a strength journey for all ability levels.
