foundations + first month $150
This is how your membership at CFCB starts if you are new to CrossFit. Our foundation program is made up of three 1 on 1 sessions with a Crossfit Casco Bay trainer at our Portland facility. These sessions are mandatory for first time CrossFit athletes.
The foundations program is designed to give the new client a base of movement and knowledge so they can be comfortable in everyday classes. They also allow for the trainer to diagnose movement and get to know the new member.
Each of these sessions can be scheduled at the client’s convenience, and can be completed within a week in most cases.
Our Foundations rate covers the three personal sessions, as well as the first month of CrossFit classes at our Portland facility.
Unlimited to all CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting classes, as well as access to the gym during Open Gym hours.
members +$30/month to current membership
This membership is for our Powerlifting classes. For those only interested in this class can have a Powerlifting only membership. For current members you can have access to this class by adding $30 to your current membership plan.
