Crossfit Foundations

Our foundations program is made up of three 1 on 1 sessions with a Crossfit Casco Bay trainer at our Portland facility.  These sessions are mandatory for first time CrossFit athletes.

The foundations program is designed to give the new client a base of movement and knowledge so they can be comfortable in everyday classes. They also allow for the trainer to diagnose movement and get to know the new member.

Each of these sessions can be scheduled at the client’s convenience, and can be completed within a week in most cases.

Our Foundations rate covers the three personal sessions, as well as the first month of CrossFit classes at our Portland facility.
